Affordable websites

Are you bootstrapping your business or just want a website or blog that you can play around with your creations? I have started creating websites & blogs for folks with free WordPress themes. Now everyone can have their own website or blog on their own domain for next to nothing.

My friend Michele Giagiari, an artist in Boston, wanted a site to showcase her art and I found a brilliant theme for her, check it out.

This theme is great for showcasing art & photographs with the slider on the home page. Check it out at MichelWorks and play around with the slider.

I also set this site up on a free WordPress theme Jungleland from Theme Lab.

My rates for setup & maintenance of your site are really reasonable & affordable. It means that anyone can have a blog or website and once its setup it is real easy to use to refresh your content, even for someone who is not technically oriented. Obviously I am also available to post your content if you really don’t want to have anything to do with the backend of your website. I have been using WordPress on my site AstraMatch Blog since 2007 and have seen the various versions come & go. As a result I now have a considerable amount of experience in dealing with this brilliant & free software.
