• Event Status - We鈥檝e made it easy for you to check the current status of a room or a venue鈥檚 remaining capacity for conference sessions and festival events.

  • A Green-Yellow-Red system appears on the app, the online , and on the digital Event Status Boards located around the Austin Convention Center and other venues.

• Networking 鈥� Search the directory for other 新葡京娱乐 attendees and send direct messages. Boost your networking with personalized recommendations from 新葡京娱乐 Recommends. Opt-in to location services to see who鈥檚 around you.

• Schedule 鈥� Browse the entire 新葡京娱乐 Schedule and plan your week. Watch film trailers, listen to artist鈥檚 tracks, and learn more about conference session speakers. Star events as My Favorites and easily sync your favorites between devices. Toggle easily between the full schedule and My Schedule of your saved favorites.

• 新葡京娱乐 Recommends - The 新葡京娱乐 Recommends algorithm has been optimized for 新葡京娱乐 with machine learning! Get personalized recommendations and opt-in to notifications for real-time recommendations.

• SXXpress Pass - SXXpress (South by Express) Pass is a digital pass for 新葡京娱乐 registrants that allows front-of-line access to Music Showcases, Film & TV Screenings, Conference Sessions, and select parties. Learn more here.

• Venue Size - Both the app and the online will show room size information as small, medium, or large for any venue to help you plan your schedule.

When you link your credential, you鈥檒l be able to:

• Claim SXXpress Passes
• RSVP for Mentor sessions and Workshops
• Receive personalized Recommendations
• Adjust your profile visibility to align with your goals

• See what events are happening nearby in March
• Get onsite schedule updates for your badge type in March

Favorite and Message Attendees

Don鈥檛 forget to network! You can use the 新葡京娱乐 GO app to search the directory for other 新葡京娱乐 attendees and send direct messages. You鈥檒l be able to boost your networking this 新葡京娱乐 season even further by receiving personalized recommendations from 新葡京娱乐 Recommends on the best people to connect with.

You can verify if you鈥檝e opted into the Attendee List by going to the 新葡京娱乐 GO App > Settings > to make sure you鈥檙e opted-in to the attendee list and direct messages from other attendees.. Once you鈥檝e discovered attendees to connect with, reach out by sending a direct message. Many attendees meet their next creative collaborator, business partner, producer, investor, and more at 新葡京娱乐.

Set Location to "Always"

Have you checked your location settings? You鈥檒l need to opt-in if you want to receive curated recommendations of events happening around you during the event.

Following these directions to opt-in:

• Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services (Make sure that Location Services is on)
• Scroll down to find the app
• Tap the app and select the "Always" option

"Always" will allow access to your location even when the app is in the background to get the most out of your 新葡京娱乐 adventure. Now you're all set!

Enable Bluetooth

Enable Bluetooth to ensure that you are able to receive our personalized recommendations. If you鈥檙e not sure if Bluetooth is enabled, go to Settings > Privacy > Bluetooth and enable the 新葡京娱乐 GO app.

Check Out Events Nearby

Events Nearby uses your current location along with the 新葡京娱乐 Schedule鈥檚 current Event Status to show a real-time list of events happening near you. Don鈥檛 forget to take advantage鈥� simply open the 新葡京娱乐 GO app and click on 鈥淓vents Nearby鈥� in the navigation menu to get started. You鈥檒l need to opt into location services to use this feature.

Opt-In For Push Notifications

Opt-in to receive push messages and stay up-to-date on the latest 新葡京娱乐 happenings including event additions or changes. Simply go to the side menu > Profile in the app and click on the gear at the top right-hand corner. On that page, you'll see the "Opt-In for Notifications" field under "NOTIFICATIONS AND ALERTS".

SXXpress Pass

Sign up for your SXXpress (South by Express) Passes through the app! SXXpress Passes allow registrants with Platinum, Interactive, Film & TV, and Music Badges to request priority access to individual Conference sessions and parties, Music Festival Showcases, Film & TV Festival Screenings, and Comedy Festival Showcases.

SXXpress Pass signup opens at 9am on the day before an event (two days before the event for Platinum badges). Best of all, they are digital and can be requested directly through the 新葡京娱乐 GO app as well as the .

Before you can sign up for SXXpress Passes, you must log in and link your badge in 新葡京娱乐 GO or at id.sxsw.com, using the 新葡京娱乐 Link Code found in your registration confirmation email or in your .

RSVP for Mentor Sessions

Our Mentor Sessions offer one-on-one coaching by professionals from all areas of the tech, film, and music industries. Within the 75 minute duration of Mentor Sessions, there will be five one-on-one meetings lasting 15 minutes each. Mentor Sessions require advance sign-up and access is limited to the badge types listed on the Mentor鈥檚 schedule information.
