Best Hosting Company

I have used a few hosting companies both in Europe & the US and I have finally found the Best Hosting Company in the World: TigerTech! I originally used a UK company for my dedicated server years ago and their help service was lousy. In fact they ignored help tickets and I often had to email the owner directly as I had knew him from a business networking organisation in London. Then I sometimes got a response but even that wasn’t guaranteed. Since then I have been using shared hosting companies which generally leave much to be desired.
However early this year I read a post by Michael Gray at Graywolf’s SEO Blog Upgrade Your Hosting and Save Some Cash with TigerTech and decided to set up my new blog Ezebis with this company. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made, thank you Micheal & thank you TigerTech. I have since been singing their praises as their customer service is superb and they are willing to give advice or help when you hit troubles with your blog.
This last week I decided to transfer my other blog AstraMatch Blog across to their servers and had quite a few challenges in the process. The support team was spectacular as I had to go to them a few times due to complications with the transfer. Their response was prompt and specific to the issues with which I was dealing. Nothing like godaddy where you get a response 24hours after you contact and then it is just quotes from their faq??? Meanwhile your blog has been down the whole time and you are desperate to fix the situation. Recently there have been a number of hacking attacks on WordPress blogs at godaddy. I was not surprised to read Smackdown blog post Hosting With GoDaddy? Might Want To Rethink That Decision where he said:
That was when it struck me… GoDaddy was claiming that this wave of WordPress hacks was due to clients not upgrading without even bothering to really look at the clients sites. The hosting control panel can only report what was installed via the hosting control panel itself. If a client pushes the button to upgrade WordPress from within the WordPress admin section then the hosting control panel will never know.As amazing as it seems, apparently the entire GoDaddy technical support team is ignorant of this fact. That’s right… the “World’s largest Hosting Provider” doesn’t understand the very basics of how the world’s largest blogging platform works.Bob Parsons, I am sorry. Hot chicks and a strong tits and ass marketing campaign do not make up for apathy in matters of client security and well being.
